Douglas Stewart - (Chief Oral Officer/Founder and President) has over 30 years of experience as a producer and marketing director for stage, film and video and has produced dozens of live technical demonstrations for government oral presentations. The last 11 years he has specifically worked as an executive and proposal team orals coach, LTD producer, facilitator and team builder for many of the top government contractors including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Booz Allen, SAIC, CSC, CACI, American Express and Oak Ridge National Labs. He has personally worked on over 150 proposal projects involving more than 1500 presenters.
Dr. Jerry Schmidt - (LTL President/Lead Facilitator) served as a Lieutenant in the US Army and was awarded the Bronze Star as a tank platoon leader in Vietnam. Dr. Schmidt brings to the table his extensive experience and insights as a licensed psychologist, providing invaluable support as a lead facilitator and team builder. He has worked on projects for Lockheed Martin, Oak Ridge National Labs, US Army, Raytheon, CSC, and USTRANSCOM.
Deborah Kimmel - (Facilitator/Trainer/Strategist) is a first flight project manager and facilitator who specializes in building and implementing strategies, blueprints and plans at all stages of a project lifecycle. She is a skilled business generalist with a strong portfolio of business approaches, methodologies and techniques. She has extensive consulting experience working with American Express, the US Coast Guard, CSC, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and USTRANSCOM to only mention a few.
Mike Symons - (Facilitator/Trainer) is a gifted speaker, trainer, motivator and team builder. He has coached in the commercial and government market for over 30 years. His sage advice has been used by dozens of major Fortune 500 companies including Lockheed Martin, CSC, IBM, Cargill Companies and the Mayo Clinic. His rich experience helps him zero in quickly on the real situation for individuals and organizations and come up with the right solutions
Larry Ruebling - (Multimedia Producer/Trainer) is a Retired Air Force Captain who served as Visual Information Manager for HQPACAF at Hickam Air Force Base, Multimedia Producer/Director and Combat Camera Officer at Lackland AFB, Missile Operations Officer, Radio Communications Analyst and Instructor for the USAF Security Service. Ruebling is also an experienced artist, orals coach and multimedia producer. He has worked on projects for Lockheed Martin, US Army, US Air Force, CSC, CACI and USTRANSCOM.
Steve Sedahl - (Facilitator/Trainer/LTD Producer) served in the US Army in Germany reporting for The American Forces Radio and Television Service. More recently Steve has received acclaim for his role as “Chopper” on Comedy Central’s Let’s Bowl. He has special expertise in internet product marketing which he has performed for ShopNBC and WSS-TV in Minneapolis. He is an accomplished video producer and director. Steve has worked on proposals for Booz Allen and Lockheed Martin.
Mike Sullivan - (Trainer/LTD Specialist/Writer) served in the US Army as on-camera instructor at Signal Corp Headquarters, Fort Monmouth. He was awarded the JSCM for his service as principal anchorman, AFRTS, MACV, Vietnam and served as News Director, Fort Bragg. Sullivan is also an experienced orals coach and military project narrator. He has worked on projects for Lockheed Martin, US Army, CSC, and USTRANSCOM.
Andy Skoogman - (Media Consultant/Trainer/Writer) has served as media consultant at multiple US Army bases and holds an interim Secret clearance. He has extensive experience as an on-air reporter and editor with KMSP-TV (UPN) and KSTP-TV (ABC) affiliates in Minneapolis. He is a former anchor for The Golf Channel. His training and video production experience includes work for the Mayo Clinic, the University of Minnesota and Lockheed Martin.
Larry Dulin - (Conceptual Artist) is an extremely talented fine artist, conceptual designer and graphics master. He has over 30 years of experience in the government proposal arena and has worked on scores of must win proposals for Lockheed Martin Corporation including ISC2, ISPAN, US VISIT, and WIN-T.
Jerry Harper - (Conceptual Artist/Art Director) brings rich artistic integrity to the table as a graphics artist, conceptual designer, set designer and animator including set design for the national tour of ZZ Top’s National Tejas Tour. He has worked on important projects for Lockheed Martin, the University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic.
Darci O’Brien - (Graphic Artist) is a talented fine artist, architectural designer/drafter and commercial graphic designer. She has worked on a number of government proposals including Lockheed Martin’s SWPS Modernization and ISPAN. She provided graphic support for USTRANSCOM’s Single Booking Workshop in 2004.
Paul Ruebling - (Multimedia Production) has 7 years experience as a non-linear editor, videographer, photographer, multimedia producer/director and lighting designer. He has worked on projects for CSC and USTRANSCOM.
Jenice Nelson - (Director of Corporate Development/Hospitality) is the personality behind our overall marketing efforts in developing new clients for the company. She excels as a special events coordinator/customer service director and keeps our Inside Moves team organized. She has worked on projects for CSC and USTRANSCOM.
